Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how this website handles the information you choose to share with us. It applies to this marketing site only. Care delivered to Lineria members is governed separately, under HIPAA-compliant clinical systems and the agreements you receive when you become a member.
What this site collects
When you request an invitation or ask about membership, we collect only the non-health contact details you enter: your name, email address, city, and your stated area of interest. We use these to respond to you and to keep you informed about membership as it opens.
This site does not ask for, and you should not send through it, any health information. We collect no protected health information (PHI) here — no symptoms, no diagnoses, no medications, no lab results, no medical history. There are no health questions on any form on this site by design.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to reply to your inquiry, to tell you when membership is available in your area, and to share occasional updates you have asked to receive. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build health profiles.
Our email service provider
Email and inquiry details are processed through Klaviyo, our email service provider, which stores and sends messages on our behalf. Klaviyo processes this contact information under its own terms and security commitments. Because the data we collect here is limited to non-health contact details, no PHI passes through this provider.
Clinical data is handled separately
Any health information that becomes part of your care as a Lineria member is collected, stored, and protected entirely apart from this site, within HIPAA-compliant clinical systems. The privacy notices and consents that govern that information are provided to you directly as part of becoming a member, and they — not this policy — control how your health data is handled.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These do not identify you personally as an individual visitor and are not combined with any health information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information you have shared, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
